Service Citizen Attention (SAC)
Barakaldo Town Hall has a Citizens’ Assistance Service (SAC), a unit providing information and swift and efficient assistance with official procedures.
The service is direct at three locations in Barakaldo (centro de Barakaldo, San Vicenteand Cruces) and it is also available by telephone (telephone 010) in Spanish, Basque, English, German, French and Russian.
The SAC provides information on municipal procedures and services, status of proceedings; services, extra-municipal proceedings and bodies; other proceedings (taxation, registering as a resident, applications for reports on suitability of accommodation for family regrouping; invitations to foreign residents); social integration report and a facility for suggestions, notifications and claims.

This is an easy to use telephone service that saves the citizen from having to move from home.
This service is available throughout the day from 08:00 to 20:00 all year round, except the 1st of January and the 25th of December.
It provides answers to questions about the activities of the Town Hall and where possible about Bilbao and its institutions (public bodies, citizen organisations, resources, services, public transport, media, cultural activities…).
